Georgia Mathieson

Compass & Canvas was founded by Georgia Mathieson, a strategist, facilitator, and consultant with more than two decades’ experience spanning cultural programming, hospitality leadership, organisational strategy, and strategic work with public, private, and community sector clients.

Her approach is grounded in lived practice — including 20 years as owner‑operator of The Moon, a Northbridge venue known for its creative programming, community partnerships, and cultural footprint.

Georgia now works with clients across the arts, events, tourism, hospitality, research, and business sectors to navigate complexity, shape strategy, and deliver purposeful, future‑focused projects. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and co‑facilitates the Scenario Planning & Strategic Foresight MBA elective at AIM WA | UWA Business School.
